Building a Stronger Community Together

At MahiTahi Expo, we’re creating opportunities for our community to learn, connect, and grow through a range of practical workshops designed to equip people with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to support one another.

The challenges of homelessness, mental health, wellbeing, and social connection cannot be solved by any one person, organisation, or sector alone. Real and lasting change happens when whānau, communities, service providers, businesses, and local leaders work together toward a shared goal.

Our workshops are about empowering people with practical strategies, increasing understanding, reducing stigma, and strengthening the networks that help communities thrive. By learning from one another and sharing our collective knowledge, we can create stronger support systems and better outcomes for everyone.

Sustainable Change Happens When We Work Together.
